Local Information
February can be very nice in Scotland. The change in the amount of light each day is palpable. Usually it's not cold, rarely going below freezing. The countryside is quiet and beautiful and the snowdrops are in bloom. For general tourist information for Scotland, look at VisitScotland.com.
